Check the area, Miller Street and Niagara Parkway. Four young children in the roadway. Caller doesn't see any adults around. Theory of the age is 1 through 5. 10-4. 209 to radio. All units clear. 10-4. Bill, what's the deal with that bus back there? Is it in the line to get out, or is it trying to get to the loop? It's trying to get to the loop. I'm going to stop traffic right now to get them there.
