32. 35-32, had a civil dispute in 318 Otisco, apartment 1 between Schenick and Tioga. Had a possible PIC caller, Roshon Kennedy, male's 32s, sitting at his neighbor, Leyland Washington. 70-year-old black male threatened him with a dog. Leyland's in the upstairs apartment. Just had a call back to him. He was rambling and stated that Leyland has left, but wouldn't confirm with us whether he still wished to meet. 11-51.
