That intersection is bad! Most people who drive there are insane! 😡
How? Got 1 vehicle going towards the Blvd and the other one, turned around on the wrong side of the street. So, the white was either going straight or made a left turn onto Bustleton Ave. The other car, I can't determine where that vehicle was coming from. I'd also would like to see the front of that other vehicle.
