Engine 11, Medic 12, show you en route to a medical emergency, 6245 Morningstar Drive, apartment 134, box number 2160. I have a female on the line who is outside the location, stating that a 70-year-old female, conscious and breathing, fell, has been on the ground since yesterday. They're unable to make entry at this time. We do have PD en route.
