Springlake Division Police Dispatch · Oct 3, 7:49AM · 0:22
We got a child locked in a car. They accidentally locked the car when they were getting the kid out. And I don't know if fire can do that or if we can get a tow truck company to come over and get the car unlocked, get the child out. We're at Southwest 15th and Robinson in the parking lot on the southeast corner of the park.
