No.I am one of the poor that get pushed out.Enforcing violations,trespassing is important. But once a neighborhood gets cleaned up, we get pushed out by rising taxes,etc.I rather they clean up the hood and not throw us out, we lived here for over 20 years, now my taxes are going up,how am I supposed to afford it on a fixed income?
