Report of Masked Man Entering Shell After Exiting Vehicle

5. Can you start over to 48 Madison Street? It's reported as a suspicious package. I think it's supposed to be a suspicious person. At the shell, we have an Uber driver reporting he saw a male put on a mask and then into the store. He said he got out of a vehicle that was waiting in the lot, occupied two times, and then put a male on a mask.
