We have a 4001. It's going to be at Preston Road and Groyal Lane at the 7-Eleven. Two juveniles, possibly a light-skinned male, dark clothing, and electric bike running through red lights. Currently at location, taking pictures. Alpha 602, downgrade that to a 40. 10-4. Thank you.
