Any unit, 415 group with a gun, 441 East 41st Place, outside of the location. Suspects, two male Hispanics, 20 to 40 years, number one wearing all black clothing, number two wearing a blue shirt. Both suspects have unknown type of weapons in their waistbands. Code 2, incident 4400, RD 1344. That's code 4, Arlington, north of Vernon. Suspect's in custody.
