1621 Charles, you're en route to a code 3 disturbance, 14850 Whitehead Drive. Caller's reporting a male screaming at the park. Caller said he has a beer, bottle, and speaking of himself, they'd call me if he'd give me money. I'll care for himself. Hispanic male in his 20s, wearing unknown clothing. Units to check by.
