Probably any unit in the area of South Wilmington Street, Tryon Road. Be on the lookout for a burgundy, smaller SUV, unknown make and model. It's headed northbound. It's a possible intoxicated driver. He's driving careless and reckless. Also has the rear hatch open. 2043 hours.
