It started at 4th and Market by the entrance of Powell Street, Muni, and now it is in front of the mall. Subject, Brian Alexander, 30 years old, is chasing the RP. He stole and smashed his cell phone. Again, Boy 13 David's on it. RP's wearing a tan sweater. It's under CAD 2721. If any units are in the area.
