1484 Northwest Wall. RP's on scene, received a call from an employee there. The homeless male is getting verbal with the employee. Employee had to lock the door. Sounds like they are separated, no mention of weapons and unknown talks. The transient describes a white male adult, camo jacket, bicycle with him, about 40 years old.
