Wearing black or gray sweatpants. Complainant advised they attempted to break in, 2275 Tyler, and when they could, they went into this vacant building. We're going to end up having to shut down the road here at the meeting. This thing is holding. We have to run the tree. Complainant advised they left going southbound on Bessemer. 10-4.
