Sending 328. I guess it's maybe a neglect, animal neglect kind of call. 456 Shirley Manor off of Glyndon and High Meadow. The neighbor left a dog in the car for over an hour. It's a white tan dog. Unknown if it's sick. And the vehicle's a white Volkswagen sedan, ma'am.
