Hey, I'm loading up a call at 1913 Ryan Way. The RP states that, well, I'm putting in a welfare check, I guess. The RP states that there is a dog that's stuck in a fenced-in area that it's tangled under some tree limbs, and the line is causing him to be stuck. 10-4.
