464 and 475 for a disturbance over a civil issue. 464. 475. A627, 133rd Street, Court East. His call came in around 1130. The RP was complaining about a white, older box van, David 344, 11 King, that caused driveway property damage, and the driver wasn't willing to get any information. The RP was pretty upset. Apparently, he also threatened to assault him. White male, 40s, 5'8", dark-haired, glasses, black shirt with basketball shorts. Any of the other half also called in.
