3145 South 3rd at Dutch Bros. It's going to be a trouble run. A homeless male who continues to come back requesting free coffee. History of being aggressive. Now asking customers for money. Yelling at employees. He's a tall white male, long blonde hair, black shirt, red and black PJ pants.
