City of a female, 23, Engine 23, go for a Bravo-level fall at West Hope Recovery, 260 South Elm Grove Road. It's a 38-year-old male, conscious breathing, who fell and possibly broke his nose and is breathing badly as a result of that. They are concerned that he could be intoxicated. He is responding normally, not breathing normally.
