A fire broke out because of a male who had a relationship with a female in the house on the left, the male had broke into the back window of the house and proceeded to set something on fire, then he came to the scene before police arrived and when fled, when he fled a officer arrived and proceed to look for him and left the scene, which he came back when the cops left then left again but he was caught and put in the back of a cop car, I was there from the start of the break in.
