Monterey units, BOL for a 23-1052. It's on State Road 183, coming into Davis, heading towards Salinas. It's going to be a dirty black Dodge Charger. Similar plate, a 9 Edward Charles Boy 138. Looks like it almost TC'd several times and was going off the roadway. RP advised the BOL vehicle 15 Enon towards Market. RP no longer had visual. Monterey, clear at 1814.
