At the Kohl's, 1164 State Route 28. There's a Black female wearing a black graphic t-shirt with black leggings, 5'7", black hair. They're advising she's known to steal items. She stole items from Eastgate earlier today. She arrives in a black Honda Accord. King, Young, Charles, 3687. They advise there's someone waiting in the vehicle for the female.
