Radio to 80. 80. I'm going to have you guys for a 16 high risk at the Kroger, 2161 Eakin, cross of White Thru and Harrisburg Pike. The caller saw a male choking a female in a maroon to red Ford SUV with a temp tag in the rear window. And the female is unconscious. Male is male, white, dark hair, stocky-build and short, and he went into Kroger afterward. No weapons seen. Copy. 101. 01. This is a battle. This house is vacant. We'll be code 4.
