An adult black male named Pierce, long dreads, wearing gray long-sleeved shirt and gray sweatpants, is harassing our caller's child. Looks like they were verbal over which bathroom that they were using. PR is in the dining room and arrived in a red Monte Carlo, Baker, George, King, 701, via Matt Talbot, 2121 North 27.
