12001 East Freeway, inbound to Burlington. Caller reports he has customer leave and he refuses. Customer has a car, it's possibly a repeat shoplifter. Caller thinking he's about to leave now with the car. Black male, camel, brown hoodie, black shorts. Can I get a unit check by the 10? 35, I'll clear myself and show me checking by. That's clear.
