5704, I need to assist. 8020 Sedgegrass Road, Talltree Lane. Meeting with Amanda Sabano regarding a mid-40s, balding Hispanic male wearing dark pants and a black jacket, walking aimlessly through the area. He has a marijuana in his man's satchel and a necklace of marijuana leaves on it. No weapons seen. Currently walking towards Timberbanks. Looks like he's walking in circles. 1204.
