I have a male caller saying that there's a 35-year-old Hispanic male, gray coat and black pants, was hitting himself and talking to himself. He's been there for at least an hour. He's married, code 19, possibly 74, didn't see any weapons. He'll be outside of Aroma Indian Cuisine, 114 South 14th. Received for both. 1247.
