Boy 31, Boy 42, to start for that welfare check. 4526 Fallon Drive, it's going to be South Beat 3. Approximately 10 ago, RP observed a male and a female screaming at one another in a vehicle. He witnessed the male lean over and punch the female. Believes the male went back inside the residence on Fallon Drive and thinks the female may still be in the area or did appear to be a child in the vehicle.
