651, copy. A suspicious vehicle just occurred, 117 South Salinas Street, Southside Gas. The caller was originally a dispute, no longer wants to meet. Originally, there was a black Jeep that was refusing to leave the car wash with one black male inside of it. He now left eastbound on East Rainer. He's just requesting for police to check the area.
