West Bank 112, Southwest Jefferson. We have a male outside refusing to leave. He's going to be near the alley. Proximate 70-year-old white male wearing a yellow, plain old blue jeans. Aggressive towards the caller and other people. He's also bleeding from his arm, possibly just an open scab.
