Repeating to city of Lockport, EMS call, 814 East High Street, going to apartment H as in Henry, between Davison and East Park. For the 78-year-old male, unresponsive, believed to be breathing. We have his ALS priority response recommended. Caller did request a cold approach. and LFD TAC 1. Factor clear, 2205. 963, en route. 10-4. 16, I'm checking the fire control.
