Metro, 844, copy your message for the 647 call at Central and Madison Street. Reference a female, black shirt, wearing shorts, black backpack, with a large brown pit bull on a leash. The dog is acting aggressive towards people in the street, lunging towards them and trying to bite them. Subject and the dog were last seen walking southbound on Central towards the cooling center. Complainant is just concerned for other people at the cooling center. I copy Code 4, there's no contact at 1720.
