12-4-2-0 and 469 in the morning. 12-4-24, go ahead. At Pulse Heart Institute, 1901 South Cedar Street in the basement back in that sidewalk, there's a Black male in his 20s, 6 foot, thin-built, black hair, gray sweatshirt and gray sweatpants, and orange Crocs. He's possibly high. He was refusing to leave. He just wants to move along. He's not sure how he got inside. It's a 6-year-old building. Copy that. 17-14.
