It's going to be a decent exposure at 7-11. 2110 MLK Street North. 2110 MLK Street North. Caller says on 22nd Avenue, just west of the 7-11, outside the Broadway, there's a subject that's wrapped in a towel. Caller thinks he's flashing his areas of people as the button says that their subject has clothing on now, was changing clothing under a towel. Caller did see his private area and now saying it's possibly 22 and 11. Towel's on the ground next to him. No weapons were seen. He's also standing there. Looks to be disoriented. It's a black male, light-skinned, about 20 to 30 years of age, unknown height, skinny build, wearing no shirt and black shorts, red in a fused collar, nothing further. At 1113.
