Emergency call, cars attempt to locate 70 eastbound around exit 52. We had road rage between a larger black SUV and a smaller black hatchback SUV. Both were weaving in and out of traffic, passing other vehicles on the shoulder. One of them either made contact with the other vehicle or made contact with the guardrail, and they both have left the scene. If located to the perp, read authority of the station, KGA, 180831 hour.
