Thanks for filming this. There are a lot more people on the streets than there have been and the encampments have to break down before sunrise and it’s not always safe. Most people are still waking up and not outside yet so nobody knows what it’s like. 5 am is probably a really common time for bad guys to be committing crimes. With the amount of cruisers there, it would seem that this was an assault with a deadly weapon and great bodily harm. I’m glad they took him to jail. I hope the victim is okay.
