Neighbors said that the guy was alive in the car after crash and was on the phone, witnesses said that they heard the Bluetooth call. Police had guns drawn at suspect and telling him to get out the car and not to reach for nothing, before the fire fully engulfed the car. Neighbors didn’t see the police pull out the suspect/victim from vehicle before the car was fully engulfed…don’t shoot the messenger…just giving report of that neighbor witnessed at the moment it all happened and who were on the scene before I started recording …
