601, I'm going to switch you for a lewd complaint. 736 Irving Ave, in front of Crouse Hospital, off of Children's Circle. Caller is John Schultz. Staff showing signal 44 regarding discharged patient, Arthur Wine. 60-year-old Black male, has no clothes on, is in the middle of the sidewalk across the street. No weapons, no intoxication. Male is showing 32, PIC and suicidal.
