Any Newton unit, 415 group with a gun, 1177 East 41st Place at the 4-Plex. Suspect lives in the front unit on the right side. Side gate is open. Suspect is towards the rear and between the units. A male Hispanic, a veteran, 25 years, 5'3", worn a jean jacket, black shirt, and shorts, showing off what appears to be a male Charlie style long gun to a male white, wearing a hat, white jersey, and black shorts. He also lives under the influence of narcotics. Observed through the security camera.
