Person 1 broadcasting information only at 9423 North Port Washington Road. There's a touring club, looks like reckless juveniles on e-bikes. RP states they were riding around the parking lot, in and out of traffic. Orange bike, green shorts, or one orange bike, green shirt, another with a white t-shirt and black shorts. Juvenile is now at Panda Express. RP has no further info.
