Kira 28. Kira 28, I have a welfare check at Northwest 65th Street and 32 Ave Northwest. Male was walking in traffic and late in the road, but he did get up and started walking northbound on the sidewalk along 32. Caller was just concerned for him, wanted someone to check on him due to that behavior. Black male, 30, 6 foot, thin-build, black head wrap, black shirt, gray or white pants, black shoes. Northwest 65, 32 Ave Northwest. Show me en route, show 29. Received.
