Units in 4 and citywide, got a person with a gun. Citywide's busy. We're getting a person with a gun. 7914 South Manistee. Caller says a male, black, dreadlocks, wearing all black clothing in the alley with a gun, yelling and threatening an unknown person. In the box, yeah. Watch in the box.
