Have a disorderly disturbance at the 711, 735 East Ocean View Avenue. There's a male that's been banned from location, came in. They asked him to leave, he's refusing. He did go outside, he's just standing at the front door now. Name is in the message, a black male, 34 years old, 5'4", average build. He has on a blue and black jersey with black pants.
