367, that's going to be at 246 East Winchester Street, 6400 South. Again, 246 East Winchester. It's going to be at the Uptown Cheapskate. Complainant is in the parking lot and can see a male and a female, both slumped over in a vehicle. Vehicle is going to be a black Ford sedan. 28 is Hotel 918 Echo Whiskey.
