24 at BP, 4100 West Broad, 4100 West Broad. Our male caller says that he is a firewalker, reincarnated, and trying not to do damage in front of people. He did confirm he's at BP on foot, said he's intoxicated, just talking about nonsense. He said he's at Pump 3. He's in a gray shirt, blue shorts, and black shoes, and he requested that whoever comes to talk to him is a Marine and brings the mayor.
