5311 West Brookfields Avenue, a mal-miss, probable crisis. It's a group home. One of the residents there just flattened an employee's tires with a screwdriver. He's an Ivan Chernov, 103-105 alert. Him, as well as a out-of-county statute for reckless burning. No assault against any people yet. He did still have the screwdriver at the time of the call. He's wearing a hooded jacket that's gray and a gray track.
