161, heavy code 1 for a fall at 1440 Papago Drive, Medford, between Anita Circle and Crystal Drive. This is for a 78-year-old male. He fell. RP's not able to get him up on his own. This was ground level, possible forearm injury. He has Parkinson's and some chronic back pain. No fire.
