These scooters should be illegal for minors
That would be impossible to control..That is about the only group I see using them..Teenagers
Man the way these kids go flying through the stop signs. I’m not surprised. Sad! And I mean getting it with them scooters and E bikes
I'm wondering do these kids even know they are supposed to follow the rules of road just like another vehicle in Maryland. They are supposed to obey yeild and stop signs.
Obviously we don't know the details but considering how these kids roam the streets and act like delinquents, i would say there is a good chance they were riding in and out of traffic. That being said there are plenty of drivers in this city that are just as bad if not worse than these kids.
They butts shouldn’t even be on them 😩 so much for the parents suing smh I hope they are okay but jeez.
