10-4, it's going to be at Whitesburg at Bob Wallace, just north of Abilene. Subject stopped in the middle of the road in front of the credit union. Going to be a blue Old Vermont vehicle, tag on as Victor, Charlie, Victor, 130. Occupied by elderly male driver. Just kept stopping and going on Whitesburg. Now he's stopped in front of the Victor's credit union.
