Alright, start with a 21 on this. It's a suspicious person, 3214 Lake Mendota Drive. Caller encountered someone who hit their car with suspect's hand, and then the suspect advised that they were hit by the caller's car. Caller offered to call an ambulance. They refused and walked off eastbound on Lake Mendota. It's going to be a male, white, about 70 years old, gray hair and glasses.
